Guy Payne and Associates was founded in 1992. Before that time, Guy was a corporate architect for Perkins Family Restaurants. He started his own firm and brought that experience to build it into one that specializes in the restaurant and hospitality market. Over the years, the firm has grown and now designs automobile dealerships, hotels, apartments, casual dining restaurants, office buildings, tenant spaces, shopping centers, senior living facilities and churches.
Our firm was listed among the top commercial construction architects nationally in Commercial Construction Magazine and certified by The Governor's Office of Diversity Business Enterprise for the State of Tennessee.
